Albeit the time constraints, this small unit has been converted into an elegantly designed sanctuary for a Unica Ija who will study in the University of Santo Tomas. Large mirrors were used to give an optical illusion that the unit is bigger, and light colors were used for the walls. The drop ceiling made of light metal frames and gypsum boards painted with white flat latex added to the beauty of the unit.

LED pin lights and drop lights created a soft ambiance and the curtains and swags made the unit fit the character of the tenant. Eclectic colors of puschia and apple green for the upholstery provided more life to it, while wooden furniture in off white creates the illusion that the unit is roomier. Even the CR and bath got its treat since high quality fixtures were installed therein, including a shower enclosure made of powder -coated white metal and frosted glass.
All the formerly used floor tiles were changed into imported 60cm x60cm super white synthetic granite tiles and the kitchen counter tops used black galaxy natural granite. The built- in cabinet system for the bedroom as well as the kitchen and the double deck with pull out , as well all the wooden fixtures are finished in automotive white. Thus, the budget of the owner has been fully maximized.
